Learn some of the techniques/skills of 18th century meal preparation in Scotchtown's open hearth kitchen. Start by building your fire, choose your menu and then prepare your meal. You will get to taste your efforts and take home a “receipts” book so as to remember the ingredients used. This is a beginner level class. *Pre-registration required.
