Help Preservation Virginia continue its research and fulfill its mission to preserve, interpret and promote historic Virginia.

Preservation Virginia is a private non-profit entity and is designated by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization. Preservation Virginia's work is primarily supported by generous gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.

Annual Fund

Preservation Virginia's greatest needs in terms of support are for unrestricted operating support. This support allows Preservation Virginia to continue upkeep and maintenance of our historic buildings and collections, and to share them with others. Participating in The Annual Fund allows individuals, corporations and foundations to partner with Preservation Virginia in our day-to-day work of preserving and sharing Virginia's history. Most gifts to The Annual Fund are in the form of cash and appreciated securities. Preservation Virginia welcomes all gifts to The Annual Fund, and provides special recognition to those who give at the Virginia Company ($500-$999) and London Company ($1,000, $5,000, $10,000 and higher) levels.
